2. The petitioner has applied for transfer on medical ground and also distance on the ground of medical condition of his wife.

3. The District Primary School Council, Nadia shall, therefore, independently ascertain the medical condition of the petitioner's wife from the CMOH, Nadia and take appropriate decision on the petitioner's transfer within a period of eight weeks from date.

4. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

5. There will be no order as to costs.
