1. Petitioner submits he had a romantic relationship with the victim. FIR was registered after seven months alleging forcible rape and circulation of obscene video. Allegations are patently false. He prays for bail.

2. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the bail prayer.

3. We have considered the materials on record including the statement of the victim who stated that the petitioner and one Rakibul Sk raped her. Obscene video was circulated in the locality. Other witnesses stated they had seen the obscene video uploaded on social networking site.

4. In view of the incriminating materials on record and gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
