Petitioner is aggrieved because the information which was furnished to the Baruipur Police Station was not acted upon.

Report has been submitted by the State which reflects that Baruipur Police Station Case No. 807/2025 dated 30.04.2025 has been registered for investigation under the relevant provisions of BNS against 5(five) accused persons.

Be that as it may, police authorities have acted upon the information so furnished. Police authorities will ensure that there is no breach of the

peace and/or tranquility and/or any untoward incident resulting from the strained relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 7669 of 2025 is disposed of.
