Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. The petitioner has approached the Inspectorin-Charge, Raidhigi Police Station with a grievance in respect of her peaceful enjoyment of the property.

The police authorities thereafter conducted enquiry as per the report submitted by Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate appearing for the State. It is reflected that the petitioner and the private respondent no.8 are two sisters who are at loggerhead in respect of the property referred to in the writ petition.

The representation was made on 06.03.2024.

Having considered that more than one year has passed, the police authorities would, if a fresh representation is submitted, ensure that no breach of the peace or tranquility takes place at the locale and/or any untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 8269 of 2024 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
