Learned lawyer for the State opposes the bail. We have considered the materials on record. There are ample materials implicating the petitioner in the murder. His bail prayer has been rejected earlier on a number of occasions. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.

Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date.
