3. At the outset, Mr. Kalyan Bandyopadhyay, learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court today dismissed a PIL being, W.P.A.(P) 141 of 2026. The present PIL is similar to the same and, therefore, fate will also be the same.

4. Considering the aforesaid and in view of the judgment passed in W.P.A.(P) 141 of 2026, this PIL (W.P.A. (P) 161 of 2026) is also dismissed.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
