Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. There was a free fight between two groups of people over some land dispute. Both sides suffered injuries. But, a case has been started only against the petitioners. Charge sheet has already been submitted.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail, relies on the case diary and submits as follows. One victim suffered a dislocation of shoulder and the other a serious injury on head. The injured victims as well as independent witnesses had taken the names of all the accused.

Considering the nature of injury suffered by the victims and the statements of the injured victim and the independent witnesses, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. The application for anticipatory bail being CRM(A) 1107 of 2025 is, thus, rejected.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
