The writ petitioner is not represented.

Learned counsel for the State submits that complaints and counter-complains have been filed by the writ petitioner and the private respondents against one another.

Some of such complaints have been investigated and charge sheets have been filed in respect of other complaints, investigation is pending.

This Court directs the Officer-in-Charge, Baranagar Police Station to complete the investigation into the complaints filed by the petitioner and the private respondents against one another and the FIR registered within a period of two months from date and a final report will be submitted to the jurisdictional Magistrate. A copy of the report be made available to the writ petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

In view of the disposal of the writ petition, connected applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
