Records reflect that the next date has been fixed by the learned trial court on 07.06.2024. The petitioners' application under Section 227 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is pending for a considerable period of time. Having regard to the fact that the case was instituted in the year 2019, I am of the opinion that the learned trial court would afford some time and try to dispose of the application under Section 227 of the Code of Criminal Procedure by 31.07.2024. The learned trial court would be at liberty to fix as many number of dates on and from 07.06.2024, but would not stretch the time line fixed by this Court. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1222 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
