(Via Video Conference) The appellant is not represented nor any accommodation is prayed for on his behalf.

In spite of several opportunities being given to the appellant to remove the defects, a report of the Assistant Registrar, S.R. Section shows that the defects as pointed out in the report of the Additional Stamp Reporter dated 27th March, 2014 have not yet been removed. Earlier a Coordinate Bench passed a peremptory direction on 9th November, 2021 for removal of the defects.

In view of the aforesaid, the appeal and the connected application stand dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 9th November, 2021.
