Petitioners seek anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are not named in the First Information Report. The First Information Report was lodged by an eyewitness. Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that on investigations, the names of the petitioners transpired. The investigations are yet to be concluded.

Considering the materials in the case diary and considering the gravity of the offence as appearing from the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM (A) 1872 of 2022, is rejected.
