Mr. Binoy Kumar Panda along with Mr. Pravas Bhattacharyya, learned Advocates who usually appear on behalf of the State are requested to appear in this revisional application. Learned Legal Remembrancer, Government of West Bengal is requested to regularize the appointment of Mr. Binoy Kumar Panda and Mr. Pravas Bhattacharyya learned advocates in due course. The learned Advocate on behalf of the State appears and submits that CRAN 1195 of 2010 with the instant revisional application is still pending which was praying for condonation of delay. On 25.3.2010, this court directed to the petitioner to serve copy of the other side and to file affidavit of service so that hearing may be taken up. No step has taken by the petitioner since long. In the aforesaid view of the matter, I find no reason to condone the delay under Section 5 of the Limitation Act. Thus, the CRAN 1195 is dismissed and revisional application stands automatically disposed of.
