It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they are in custody for about 109 days. Investigation is complete. Accordingly, they pray for bail. Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record. There is no material to show victim-housewife suffered homicidal death. Petitioners have permanent home and hearth. There is no chance of their abscondence. Investigation is complete.

Balancing the nature of accusation with the period of detention suffered by the petitioners, we are of the opinion further detention of the petitioners is not necessary. Therefore, the petitioners, namely (1) Aswani Panja @ Ashwani Panja & (2) Sunita Panja @ Susmita Panja, be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.

Bardhaman subject to condition that the said petitioners shall appear before the trial court on every date of hearing until further orders and shall not intimidate witnesses or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever.
