14.12.2021 sl.13,sk ct.29 C.R.R.862 of 2010 In the matter of Subhasis Ghosh ......petitioner. Mr. Binoy Kumar Panda Mr. Pravas Bhattacharyya ..for the State.

None appears on behalf of the contesting parties in this revisional application.

Mr. Binoy Kumar Panda along with Mr. Pravas Bhattacharyya, learned Advocates who usually appear on behalf of the State are requested to appear in this revisional application. Learned Legal Remembrancer, Government of West Bengal is requested to regularize the appointment of Mr. Binoy Kumar Panda and Mr. Pravas Bhattacharyya learned advocates in due course. The learned Advocate on behalf of the State appears and submits that revisional application is pending since long and the petitioner did not comply with the order of the court passed on 25.1.2010 directing the petitioner to serve the copy upon the State and the opposite party no. 2.

After careful perusal of the revisional application, it is found that order dated 17.12.2009 and 25.1.2010 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court at Siliguri in C.R.Case No. 1046 of 2007, do not suffer from any illegality or irregularity. As I do not find any illegality or irregularity to interfere with these orders by exercising revisional jurisdiction. The instant revisional application is being dismissed and stands disposed of.
