The injury report of the victim corroborates the claim of the victim that the petitioner threw bomb at her by reason of which, the victim suffered such injury.

There is a seizure of materials suggesting improvised explosive devises.

In such circumstances, considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 1343 of 2023 is dismissed.
