We have considered the materials on record. PW 1, victim has identified the petitioner as one of the abductors. He does not stand on the same footing with Sujamal Haque Mondal @ Kalam Haque Mondal @ Kalam Mondal @ Polan Mondal (who has been granted bail). The said accused had not identified by PW 1 during trial.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating evidence against the petitioner and the gravity of offence relating to kidnapping for ransom, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
