2021-12-16Hon'Ble Justice Bibhas Ranjan De1 pages

16.12.2021 sl.5, sk ct.29 C.R.R.867 of 2010 In the matter of Bappaditya Ray......petitioner. Mr. Binay Kumar Panda Mr. Narayan Prasad Agarwal ...for the State.

None appears on behalf of the contesting petitioner to this revisional application.

Mr. Binoy Kumar Panda along with Mr. Narayan Prasad Agarwal, learned Advocates who usually appear on behalf of the State are requested to appear in this revisional application. Learned Legal Remembrancer is requested to regularize the appointment of Mr. Binoy Kumar Panda and Mr. Narayan Prasad Agarwal learned advocates in due course.

Learned Advocate on behalf of the State appears and submits that it is submitted that the revisional application was filed in the year 2010.

From the revisioal application it is found that the petitioner sought for an order directing trial court to dispose of the Special Case No. 4 of 2002 pending before the learned Additional District Judge, 4th Court-cum-Special Court at Krishnanagar, Nadia. On careful perusal of the entire record and non-appearance of the petitioner for long time, I find it justified to dispose of this revisional application with the direction upon the learned court concerned to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible, if not disposed of in the meantime.

The learned Registrar (Judicial Services) is requested to communicate this order to the learned Additional District Judge, 4th Court-cum-Special Court at Krishnanagar, Nadia forthwith. (Bibhas Ranjan De, J. )
