Accordingly, learned advocate leaves to the discretion of the Court, the outcome of the revisional application.

In view of the changed circumstances, the revisional application being CRR 1160 of 2023 is dismissed as not pressed. Learned advocate submits that a gun has been seized which is in custody of the police authorities. If the heirs of the deceased petitioner take out an application before the appropriate authorities, the appropriate authorities will consider the same in accordance with law.
