Learned advocates representing petitioner and respondent no. 5 have jointly submitted that an FIR was registered being no. 444 dated 10th April, 2026 by the concerned authority of Narendrapur Police Station, Baruipur Police District. Copy of the aforesaid FIR is taken on record. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner since FIR has been registered based on the complaint of the petitioner grievance of the petitioner is redressed.

2. In view of aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner no further order need be passed on this writ petition and same stands disposed of.
