Mr. Bikash Ranjan Bhattacharyya, learned senior advocate submits that his clients have filed applications for vacating of the orders dated June 26, 2020 and July 30, 2020. He further submits that unless the said applications are disposed of the main matter cannot be taken up for hearing.

The learned Judge, who passed the said orders is still available. As such I am not inclined to take up the application for vacating the said orders.

Let the matter go out of list and be placed before the appropriate Bench.
