This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for expeditious disposal of injunction application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 read with Section 151 CPC as well as the Suit which is pending since 2013. Considering the nature of the prayer, I do not find any reason to ask the learned advocate on behalf of the petitioners to serve notice upon the opposite parties. Service upon the opposite parties is thus dispensed with.

Learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Basirhat is requested to dispose of the suit pending since 2013 after disposal of the interlocutory applications, if there be any, preferably within one year, without giving any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties to the suit. Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Basirhat.

With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.
