State of West Bengal Mr. Aniket Mitra ...for the petitioner Having heard the learned advocate for the petitioner this Court is of the view that the instant revision can be disposed of without service of notice upon the opposite party.

It is submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner that the petitioner got a decree for divorce on 6th January, 2021 in Matrimonial Suit No.986 of 2016. After obtaining the decree for divorce, the petitioner wants to withdraw her application under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act on 12th February, 2021. The said application has not been disposed of. Therefore, the petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Howrah to dispose of the

application dated 12th February, 2021 filed in connection with Misc. Case No.419 of 2016.

The prayer is considered and allowed.

The learned Magistrate, 1st Court at Howrah is directed to dispose of the petition dated 12th February, 2021 positively on the next date fixed (10th June, 2021). The petitioner is directed to act upon the server copy of the order passed in the instant revision. (Bibek Chaudhuri, J.)
