Fashihuddin ...... petitioner Ms. Minoti Gomes Mr. Asfak Ahammad ....for the petitioner Mr. Saibal Bapuli Mr. Arijit Ganguly Mr. Sanjib Kumar Daan ....for the State Apparently, the petitioner took money from one person and registered the document in favour of the other. The de-facto complainant is the person from whom the money was taken.

Materials in the case diary suggest requirement of immediate custodial interrogation of the petitioner. In such circumstances, we are unable grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 1344 of 2023 is dismissed.
