Mr. S. N. Dutta ... for the respondents It has been submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent that the writ petitioner has expired in the meantime. A death certificate of the writ petitioner has been filed which is available on record. It appears that the writ petitioner died on 13.02.2015 but no steps have been taken by the legal heirs of the writ petitioner till date.

In view thereof, the writ petition stands abated. Consequently, the connected application, if any pending, stands disposed of.
