None appears on behalf of the parties. This matter is pending in the list since 11.11.2022 and has been called on each day of working of this court since that date. Since inspite of that no one is appearing. The petitioner is found to be not interest in this case. Therefore, the same is taken up today for disposal on merit. Order no. 22 dated 30.01.2015 in sessions trial no. 1 (11) of 2013 is under challenged in this revision. By dint of the same the trial court has allowed prayer made by the Additional Public Prosecutor under Section 319 Cr.P.C, 1973. Petitioners being aggrieved of the same have come up in this revision to challenge the same.

On perusal of the entire materials available on record and the grounds made up by the petitioner I am constrained to find that the grounds thereof are not sufficient and cogent enough to warrant this court's interference into the impugned order. Hence, in my considered opinion the revision is liable to be dismissed. Criminal Revision being CRR 728 of 2015 is dismissed. In view of dismissal of this revision the connected applications being CRAN 2 of 2015 (Old No: CRAN 4092 of 2015), CRAN 5 of 2016 (Old No: CRAN 3594 of 2016) are also dismissed.
