Ms. Dikshita Chomal Ms. Ananya Das ... for the respondent nos. 5 & 6 At the time of call no one appears for the petitioners and no accommodation has been prayed for. However, Kolkata Municipal Corporation and the respondent nos. 5 and 6 are represented by the learned advocates today.

On perusal of records it appears that vide order dated 29th June, 2010 the writ petition being 5793 of 2010 stood disposed of. Subsequently three applications being CAN 1 of 2010 (Old CAN 7174 of 2010), CAN 2 of 2010 (Old CAN 7346 of 2010) CAN 3 of 2019 ( Old CAN 4946 of 2019) were filed. But today applicants are not represented.

Same situation prevailed on 15th September, 2022.

It appears that applicants have lost interest. Accordingly, the aforesaid three applications

are dismissed.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned Advocates for the parties on the usual undertakings.
