The counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been able to enter his house and is living there peacefully. The private respondents shall take care of the needs of the petitioner including food, clothing, medical expenses and wellbeing.

The Officer-in-Charge, Sonarpur Police Station shall keep regular vigil of the premises and attend to any substantial complaint that may be lodged by the petitioner.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
