There are disputes amongst the learned Advocates for the petitioners as to which of the two petitions should be heard.

Learned Advocates appearing in support of the two petitions thereafter seek leave to withdraw the petitions with liberty to file afresh on the selfsame cause of action. Leave as prayed for is granted however on the condition that the petitioners deposit costs assessed at Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) with the West Bengal State Legal Services Authority, Kolkata as a pre

condition for making any application for anticipatory bail before this Hon'ble Court or before the jurisdictional Court. This costs is imposed due to the petitioners wasting valuable time of the Court.
