State and the private respondent no. 10 are represented. Learned advocate for the private respondent no. 10 submits that the petitioner is not entitled to the relief as prayed for in the application.

Learned advocate for the State submits that the application of the petitioner is not maintainable. Be that as it may, since the petitioner applied before the authorities, it would be appropriate to permit the authorities to decide such application in accordance with law. The authorities will afford the petitioner an opportunity of hearing. The authorities will also afford the respondent no. 10 an opportunity of hearing. The authorities are at liberty to hear such other

parties as it deems appropriate. The authorities will pass a reasoned order which they will communicate to the parties they heard immediately thereafter.

It is expected that the entire exercise is completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

WPA 8628 of 2021 is disposed of without any order as costs.
