The order and direction issued in W.P.A. (P) 61 of 2025 dated 6th March, 2025 was challenged before the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special Leave to Appeal (C) No (s). 13023 of 2025 and the Hon'ble Supreme Court has dismissed the special leave petition with reasons and certain directions. 3.

We have also perused the grounds of review and we find that none of the grounds raised are grounds of review, but they also appeared to be grounds of appeal, which cannot be entertained, since a review application is not an appeal in disguise. Hence, the review application stands dismissed. 4.
