1. The order dated 24th April, 2024 is mentioned for correction.

2. In the last line of paragraph three on the second page of the order dated 24th April, 2024, the expression "her" shall stand corrected to read as "him". In the sixth line of paragraph four on the second page of the said order, the expression "Assistant Teacher" shall stand corrected to read as "Head Teacher".

3. Let these corrections be incorporated in the order dated 24th April, 2024.

4. The other parts of the order dated 24th April, 2024 shall remain unaltered.

5. Department is directed to take steps accordingly.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
