Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary. The petitioner was absconding since 2020.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein as appearing from the material in the case diary and considering the fact that the petitioner is absconding from 2020, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM (A) 1880 of 2022, is rejected.
