Mr. Pranay Basak, learned advocate for the petitioner prays for adjournment for some shortcomings on his part. He also submits that one learned senior advocate has been engaged in the matter. I find the name of the said learned advocate from the orders. However, on the reading of the pleadings, I find that the matter relates to several questions of fact relating to the harassment made to the petitioner who is a journalist of a local newspaper. For deciding this, oral and documentary evidences are required to be taken and therefore, this Court is not inclined to exercise the writ jurisdiction for deciding such a matter.

The petitioner prays for liberty to grant him an opportunity to file the matter afresh removing the question of fact for which evidences are required to be taken as has

been indicated by me. Such liberty is granted and the petitioner, if advised, may file the writ application afresh. The writ application is disposed of.
