Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charge-sheet has been submitted and his further detention is not required.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Upon consideration of the material on record particularly, the involvement of the petitioner in the alleged offence, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage. The application for bail is disposed of.
