for correction of typographical errors which cropped up in the order dated 05.04.2022.

In the preamble portion of the order dated 05.04.2022, the name of the appellant was inadvertently recorded as "Bijay Kumar Sahu" instead of "Vijay Kumar Sahu".

Liberty is given to the learned advocate for the appellant to correct the cause title of the memorandum of appeal.

In the 2nd page at the 1st paragraph in the 4th line of the said order, the expressions "original office' are replaced by the words "regional office".

In the 2nd page at the 2nd paragraph in the 1st line, the expressions "Learned advocate for the respondents" are replaced by the words "Learned advocate for the appellant".

In the penultimate line of the 2nd paragraph at page 3 the word "head" will be deleted.

Let such errors be rectified.

Let the aforesaid correction be incorporated in the order dated 05.04.2022.

Parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
