Mr. Dilip Kumar Maiti ...for the petitioner Mr. Subir Sanyal, Mr. Ratul Biswas ...for the Council Petitioner is aggrieved in that the marksheet for the Higher Secondary Examination of 2014, has wrongly marked her absent in English first paper and has also mentioned wrong study center that she attended. The petitioner has made a representation to the President of the West Bengal Council of Rabindra Open Schooling on 11th December, 2015 which remains unconsidered.

In those circumstances, petitioner may be heard personally by the President of the Council and a reasoned order may be passed on the representation within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order.

W.P.A.5101 of 2016 stands disposed of.
