1. Bail prayer of the petitioner was turned down by the Apex Court in December, 2023. There is no change in circumstance since then.

2. In view of the aforesaid fact, petitioner chooses not to press the application for bail at present.

3. Accordingly, this application is disposed of as not pressed.

4. Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date.

5. Parties shall communicate a copy of this order to the trial court for due compliance.
