The petitioner's application for transfer is now pending with the School Service Commission since 11.03.2022. On two earlier occasions, the petitioner's choice of school has been declined for want of vacancy. The petitioner was, however, able to demonstrate to the Commission that such vacancy was in fact available.

In those circumstances and as a special case, the petitioner shall sit with the Chairman of the School Service Commission on 9th August, 2022 at 2.00 p.m. and appropriate orders may be issued by the Commission in consultation with the petitioner and after verifying the records.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
