Petitioner applied to the Officer-in-charge, Saltora Police Station, Bankura for organizing a procession/rally on 06.04.2025 from 1.00 p.m. to 3.00 p.m. on the issue of celebration of Ram Navami. So far as the permission relating to the procession or the rally on 06.04.2025 is concerned, the same is allowed subject to the route being confirmed by the DSP, Administration in-charge of Saltora Police Station and will be finalized if the petitioner arrives at a consensus with the DSP, Administration in-charge of Saltora Police Station, Bankura.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 7601 of 2025 is disposed of.
