1. None appears on behalf of the State Bank of India.

2. The petitioner's prayer seeking one time settlement for the building loan obtained by the husband of the petitioner, since deceased, is pending consideration before the State Bank of India, I.O.C. Refinery, Haldia Oil Refinery Campus Branch since December, 2022.

3. The instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Assistant General Manager, State Bank of India, I.O.C. Refinery, Haldia Oil Refinery Campus Branch to take a decision on the prayer of the petitioner in accordance with law at the earliest.

4. A reasoned order shall be passed by the aforesaid respondent and communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

5. Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the one time settlement proposal to the bank at the time of communication of this order.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
