It has been submitted by the learned advocate representing the Bank that pursuant to the order dated 20th December, 2023 a notice was served upon the advocate on record of the petitioners. However, it was endorsed on the said notice dated 20th December, 2023 that the advocate on record has tendered "No Objection".

It is also submitted that the notice has already been served upon the petitioner no.2 under speed post. Copies of the notice dated 20th December, 2023 along with postal slip are taken on record.

It appears that petitioners have lost interest.

The writ petition stands dismissed. Interim order, if any stands vacated. Applications, if pending, are also dismissed.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
