The petitioners have challenged the notice of eviction issued upon them by the 9th respondent on 11th April, 2022.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have been running their business in the plot in question along with others for several years. The petitioners submitted a representation before the concerned authority on 13th April, 2022, which is yet to be disposed of. The petitioners pray for a direction to consider the said representation at the earliest. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the parties and material on record, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 9th respondent to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioners dated 13th April, 2022 within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order after affording

reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the interested parties including the petitioners and respondents, in accordance with law.

Pending disposal of the representation, no coercive action be taken by the respondent authority against the petitioners with regard to the plot in question. With the above observations and directions this writ petition being WPA 7252 of 2022 is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
