Petitioner approached this Court immediately on submission of the charge-sheet. The revisional application do not enclose the documents, the statement of witnesses and other materials on which the prosecution proposes to rely. As the stage is yet to be reached before the learned Magistrate, the revisional application, according to me, is premature one. Petitioner would be at liberty to canvass the points agitated in the present revisional application at the stage of Sections 239/240 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, if so advised, after receipt of the documents relied upon by the prosecution. No interference is called for at this stage.

Accordingly, CRR 942 of 2021 is disposed of.

Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Case diary be returned to Mr. Roy, learned advocate appearing for the State.
