Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. It appears from record that for redressal of the grievance raised in this writ petition, petitioners have made a representation before the respondent authority concerned on 2nd December, 2022, and it is the further grievance of the petitioners that the respondent authority concerned is sitting over the said representation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 7741 of 2023, is disposed of by directing the respondent authority concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation dated 28th December, 2022, in accordance with law after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners or their

authorised representative, within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order. ( Md. Nizamuddin, J. )
