Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. On perusal of the materials on record, it appears that the present writ petition was preferred by the petitioner praying for directions upon the respondents to recall and withdraw clause contained in the order No.62/A dated 16.06.2010 and also from giving further effect to the said order.

The present writ petition was filed in the year 2011 and no interim order was granted in favour of the petitioner and the prayer was rejected on 29.04.2011.

Thirteen long years have passed and, as such, the challenge as to the said orders of the Government are not in existence at present. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.

All applications connected thereto stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Urgent xerox certified copies of this order, if applied for, shall be supplied to the learned Counsel for the parties

as expeditiously as possible, in compliance of usual formalities.
