Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner and the report filed by the State respondents are taken on record. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that pursuant to an earlier order of this Court passed on 23rd September, 2021 in WPA 20734 of 2019, demarcation of the plots in question acquired by the State respondents have been completed. The petitioner complains that only one payment notice was issued to the petitioner in respect of one of the plots but the plot number or measurement of the same was not stated in the said notice. No further payment notice has been issued to the petitioner in respect of all the plots acquired by the authority. The petitioner submitted a representation in this regard before the concerned authority on 3rd February, 2022 which is yet to be considered. The petitioner prays for a direction upon the authority to consider the representation at the earliest and issue payment notice with regard to the entire plots acquired by the authority.

It is submitted on behalf of the State respondents that the 3rd respondent be directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 3rd February, 2022 within a month from the date of communication of this order after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the interested parties including the petitioner in accordance with law. The decision taken by the authority shall be communicated to the petitioner within a week thereof. With the aforesaid directions, WPA 7258 of 2022 is disposed of. There shall however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
