Ms. Deblina Lahiri Mr. Mrinmoy Chatterjee ...For the Petitioner Due to inadvertent typographical mistake in the judgment dated 12th November, 2024 which is corrected as under :- The name of the learned Advocates for the petitioner "Mr. Mrityunjoy Chatterjee and Ms. Debolina Lahiri" appearing at the top of the said judgment be substituted by the name of the learned Advocates for the petitioner "Ms. Deblina Lahiri and Mr. Mrinmoy Chatterjee". Let the correction be incorporated and be made part of the judgment dated 12th November, 2024 and other portion of the said judgment shall remain unaltered. Certified copy of the judgment dated 12th November, 2024, if already supplied, be corrected accordingly.
