Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the co-accused was rejected on December 5, 2022 passed in CRM (A) 5554 of 2022. The kidnapped person implicates the petitioner in the offences alleged in his statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Police are yet to conclude the investigations. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 1351 of 2023 is dismissed.
