AND In the matter of:- Gangahari Adak ... petitioner The present revisional application has been preferred against the judgement and order dated 19.12.2011, passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track 1st Court, Tamluk, Purba Medinipur, in Criminal Revision no.188 of 2010, wherein, the learned sessions court was pleased to affirm the order dated 18.06.2010, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Tamluk, Purba Medinipur, in connection with C.R. No.647/2006.
The order so passed by the learned Magistrate was relating to dismissal of a complaint. The learned sessions court, on appreciation of the materials placed and after hearing the grievance of the petitioner was pleased to affirm the order so passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Tamluk, Purba Medinipur.
Having regard to the circumstances which were considered by the learned Judicial Magistrate as well as learned sessions court
regarding the contents/allegations made in the complaint, I am of the view that there has been no illegality which warrants interference of this Court.
Accordingly, C.R.R.1072 of 2012 is dismissed. Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act in terms of copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
