The order of interim bail dated 30.03.2023 reflects that there was a direction to CID, West Bengal to take over the investigation.

Mr. Mukherjee, learned Public Prosecutor submits a report. Let the report be kept with the record. Report reflects that Anti Cheating & Fraud Section, CID, West Bengal has taken over the investigation. The investigation of the case is in progress. Having considered the steps taken by the CID, West Bengal, it is further directed that they should take the investigation to its logical conclusion. So far as the order dated 30.03.2023 is concerned, the interim bail so granted is hereby confirmed with the conditions remaining the same.

Accordingly, CRM (SB) 63 of 2023 is disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
